Bob is a character who appears in Dying Light. He is a survivor who can be found atop one of the buildings in Harran as a part of a random encounter.
When spoken to, he will reveal that he was a part of Hazmat Team #4 and was in Harran two days before it was scheduled to be sealed and quarantined. His team's mission was to go around knocking on doors and see who okay and in need of help. He mentioned that behind some closed doors they would hear what sounded like human voices but were actually recently-turned civilians. Eventually most of his squad was wiped out as they found out the zombies could chew through the suits when attacking. He also sometimes would see his former teammates shambling around, still in their Hazmat suits. He comments that he finds it ironic that the biters can't bite because they have their masks on still.
After Crane departs, Bob will eventually move on, leaving him with an unknown location and fate.
