"We're all in this together" is an achievement and trophy available for Dying Light.
To earn this achievement/trophy, the player must save 15 survivors from zombies.

While traveling throughout Harran you may come across a random encounter and find survivors being attacked by zombies. If you were to stop them from becoming a zombies lunch they would reward you with some Survival XP and a weapon upgrade or cash. Not only is it the right thing to do but you also get a nice reward in the form of an achievement/trophy when 15 are saved.
While it can be done in Old Town, the Slums are the best place for saving survivors as the zombies are usually only the average biter. You will get more XP as well as more cash or better weapon mods for saving survivors in Old Town however so it is up to you. Typically you will most likely get this as long as you go out of your way to get to all events as they happen.
You can check your Survivors saved progress from the Main Menu of the game: Under "Extras", followed by "Personal Statistics" under the "Survivors saved from infected" stat.

- On the PS4 version this trophy is slightly glitched and you may have to save more survivors, but it can still be completed regardless.
