"Tackle" is a Night Hunter skill in Dying Light.
To preform a tackle, you have to sprint. Once the hunter is running on all four press the B button (for Xbox) or the Circle button (for Playstation),then the Night Hunter will hit the targeted human with its shoulder and will push them away. This is useful especially when pushing humans off the roofs,this will deal a respectable damage and even kill them if pushed off from an extreme height. You can also impale humans on spikes,killing them instantly. But be careful that humans can dodge the tackle,thus impale you on spikes instead. However when you are fighting on a roof there is a low risk of getting killed, if a human dodges your tackle and causing you to fall of a roof, you won't take any damge but this dodge can be followed by a DFA (Death From Above) which is a certain death.
