Underground Parking (Lot) is a quarantine zone challenge available in Dying Light located in the Slums. It can be found in the northern section of the map, east of the bus station, behind an apartment complex.
Walkthrough[]
The first area of the garage is safe from the infected, with an improvised barricade preventing them from getting up. Several biters are found on either side of the barricade. If using firearms, be mindful that there are two volatiles nearby who are close enough to the entrance to hear them being discharged. They can be dispatched quite easily from the safe location, however, as they are unable to climb up.
To the left of the barricade is an improvised sleeping quarters, in the corner of which is a white van. Go there and check the inside of the van to find the first Disaster Relief On-site Package (DROP), but be careful of the biters laying on the floor nearby. Loud noises made in this area will attract another three volatiles from deeper in the parking complex.
Follow the road to hard-locked GRE chest and head to the stairs on the left. A white hard-locked chest and a biohazard crate are located here, the latter of which contains another DROP. Take it and head back to the road. Go to the parking area and head south toward the entrance to find a white van. Open the van and take the DROP from the inside, then head north back to the parking area.
Along the parked cars, a hard-locked GRE chest is located. Another DROP is located in the trunk of a white car, which is already open. Take the DROP and move on, be careful not to step on the adjacent yellow car, as its car alarm will go off. There is an electrified pool of water nearby. While it can be turned off, doing so will deal damage to Crane, so it is advisable to just move past it. Another hard-locked GRE chest is located nearby.
Enter the final piece of the parking lot and turn left as soon as it is entered. Open the trunk of the yellow car and take the final DROP. Be mindful that its car alarm will go off and draw the nearby biters closer. This final area also contains the last hard-locked GRE chest, located just in front of the metal fence.

Tactics[]
- Camouflage is highly recommend to use in this quarantine zone, as it not only provides a disguise against the infected but it also provides a decent version of night-vision in the pitch black areas.
- If the player is being chased by the volatiles, it is possible to simply vault over the entrance wall for the pursuit to end without leaving the quarantine zone.
- There are two cars rigged to sound an alarm if the car trunks are opened or they are even touched. One of them contains a DROP package whereas the other one contains nothing at all and thus, should be avoided. However, it can be used as a distraction if the player can run and/or hide effectively.
Bugs[]
- On occasion, some of the volatiles may fall through the map, making the quarantine zone easier.
- Volatiles may get stuck in place upon player entering the quarantine zone, they can still be distracted through flares or firecrackers if needed.
- The garage door leading into the parking area is labeled as the "Underground Parking Lot", as opposed to just being "Underground Parking".
- Upon leaving the quarantine zone, three toads and a goon will spawn just in front of the entrance, with another goon being located behind the stone wall.
- The white car containing a drop in its trunk still has the option to open its trunk - which will cause loot to appear and the trunk itself to glitch through the car.
