Voice Mail #16 is the sixteenth and final collectable voice mail that can be found in Dying Light.

Located in the northeastern part of Old Town, along the jagged wall. North of a merchant, south of one of Bozak's challenges, and to the southwest of a small pond. On the first floor. Two awings can be seen from the road with a blue fence and a potted plant in front of the doorway of the apartment holding the Voice Mail.
